Agency Reviews
About Altec Global Inc.
In this Altec Global Inc. review, we'll take a closer look at the Canadian-based immigration firm.
Altec Global Inc. (AGI) was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, with other offices spread across Canada. They offer a wide range of professional services to prospective clients, including but not limited to immigration, studying abroad, permanent residency, visas, visiting relatives, as well as business-related ventures, in Canada, the United States, and various other countries and regions.
AGI was founded by Ms. Susan Gong (R411215) who is also the CEO. She is a former Member of the Immigration and Refugee Board and is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.
It is Susan’s work on the Immigration and Refugee Board that led to the creation of Altec Global Inc. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she is able to communicate with many of her clients in their native tongue, which offers them an important degree of comfort, which is a key factor when dealing with sensitive and often personal issues.

Website
Upon landing on the AGI website we find that it is well-designed and makes good use of its header. The home page is clean, easy to navigate and offers an abundance of useful and relative information on the services on offer and more. The AGI website covers a wide spread of topics and categories and has some great features which include its physical address and site map, a live chat feature, videos, a free assessment and settlement guide along with examples of its successful clients, information on job opportunities and an IELTS preparation test.
While these are really great and useful features, it, unfortunately, does not provide information on its pricing, Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
Social Media
Upon landing on the AGI website, we notice that there are links to its social media platforms which include and resolve to their Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram pages.
While AGI does not have a big social media following they do have some good online reviews and are quite active across their platforms however, have not had any activity on their YouTube page for the last 6 months or so.

Conclusion
The conclusion of this AGI review is that they are regulated and certainly able to assist with almost any immigration-related needs. With its wide range of services on offer and great website features, they leave little to query and give off a sense of trust. The only gray area which can certainly be clarified through contact or its live chat feature is the lack of information currently present on its pricing, Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
