Agency Reviews
About Nanda & Associate Lawyers
While none of their lawyers are certified RCICs, their law firm is Certified by the law society of Ontario and the ICCRC. However, the ICCRC has not been in operation in over a year, which does soften its credibility somewhat. However, they present themselves professionally and openly clarify that they are a highly legitimate enterprise.
Services
They cover nearly every single Canadian immigration program except for Provincial Nomination Programs. Apart from assisting with applying these, they also offer services in Refusals, Appeals, Deportation, Detention Reviews, and more. A stand-out feature we enjoyed is their free consultations. It seems as if you can book a free immigration consultation with an immigration lawyer once you sign up for their services. Lawyer fees are typically very expensive, so we were quite shocked.
The company could also do more detailed information on the various Canadian immigration programs. Each route has a corresponding link for more information, which is great, but it only scratches the surface of the complexities of immigration.
The Website
Their blog section frequently posts relevant content about Canadian immigration and other legal issues their clients may find of use. They have a clear display of their RCIC-accredited consultants who will oversee your visa application process. They also present testimonials and informative videos.
Social Media and Reviews
Nanda has a presence on Facebook, Twitter (now known as X), LinkedIn, Vimeo, and YouTube. They are very active on Facebook, with a following of 5600 and content uploaded every few days discussing different aspects of Canadian laws. Their LinkedIn has a smaller audience, and they are far less active on the platform, only posting once every two weeks.Despite being highly active and posting several videos per week, they have a very small following on YouTube. Most videos are under a minute and have fewer than ten views. However, their content is professional and well-produced, if a little impersonal. Their Vimeo is also highly active but with essentially no following. The Vimeo content is broadly similar to their YouTube.
Conclusion
However, they could benefit from having an RCIC and having their legal documents more prominently displayed on their site. They could also benefit from longer-form YouTube content and more interest in their social media channels. You will probably get what you paid for if you want to use their services.
